I was the queen of "doing everything right." I’d plan my entire week, down to the last broccoli floret. Meals prepped, workouts scheduled, and a Plan B for every curveball life could throw. Sounds so efficient, right? Wrong.

I felt like I was wasting my life away, too busy being “healthy” to actually live. 

And despite all of my perfect planning, the stubborn belly fat kept creeping up. I kept wondering, "Why can't I lose weight when I'm trying so hard? What’s wrong with me?

Every morning, I'd wake up thinking, "This is it! Today's the day!" Only to end up crushing my self-esteem by bedtime. Again.

That is… until I discovered the overlooked connection between stress and weight gain

And I realized that I wasn’t failing because I was doing too little, but because I was doing too much. My body was in constant survival mode, holding on to every ounce of fat. My internal systems were trying to protect me from my own relentless stress.

See, I was working with women who had chronic health conditions like autoimmune disorders, fibromyalgia and others. 

As we focused on their health, they started to feel better. And almost as a side effect, they began to lose weight- without restrictive diets or intense exercise. 

 

The more I paid attention to the connection, the more clear it became. This works. Whether you have chronic health conditions or not. 

So I created Fat Burning Pathways- a program focused on helping women lose stubborn weight, whether they have chronic health conditions or not.  

There’s no crazy diets or soul-crushing workouts here. It’s about understanding how stress affects your body, and learning to work with it instead of fighting against it.
